Hey moms out there! I need your help. Owen turns one in two months (whoa!) and I'm starting to think about what to get him. What do you recommend? What did your kids love to play with? Thanks!
I appreciate how you are always asking for advice. I have the same question for Eli. What would be good for his first birthday? So I'll check back to see what others have suggested.
Sarah made the comment that Eli looks more a little boy now. I think they are all losing that baby looks. I like the next stage. Sure hope Owen and Eli will get to be friends. Maybe they will be in the same cabin at Camp Willow Springs. Dave says ground breaking is Aug. 30th... I believe. I better check on that date. Good looking little boy there.
Well, I don't know your price range, but my niece had this Fisher Price Learning Home - basically a door you could walk through with activities on each side. She got it for Christimas just before she turned one and they got rid of it when she was 4. She had 3 good years with it. They JUST came out with a farm version - a light to turn on and off, a cow to feed, eggs to count, etc. So, my mom is getting that for our little guy who turns one in exactly a month! :)
we have played with the toys from ADam's first birthday almost everyday since (he is three in november)... match box cars wooden blocks (I think they are ten dollars at walmart. jeremy could make them) radioflyer wagon-two seater (grandparents) Cars the movie from disney cars from the movie (target, walmart) the big plastic legos and my favorite I pick out a book that stands out to me that is special for him you are such a good mom. I know you will have such clever personal gifts for lil owen!
