Amelia's Nursery

After almost 5 years of blue, greens, and browns, I am estatic to add some pink into our world. We are blessed with great landlords who let paint and decorate a nursery however I wanted. After tons of hours on Pinterest, I finally came up a nursery fit for our princess.

Jeremy and I have prayed Numbers 6:24-26 over each of our kids.  We decided that the verse need to be predominant in her room. Thanks to my Silhouette I was able to cut out the words and make this canvas.
The same dresser I used as a child, then was used by the boys, and now repainted for Amelia.

Thanks to Nana and Papa for the other artwork and chair. That chair is older than I am. :)

All the bedding was made my mother in law and I.  Emma is an amazing seamtress and really did most of the work.

One of my favorite pieces is the mirror.  I search everywhere for just the right shaped frame. Thanks to Hobby Lobby for ending the search and for having it on sale.  We did paint it pink and cut out the letters.

It has become my favorite room in the house.  It just makes me feel happy to be in there! I hope she will enjoy it as much as I do.
