The webcam allows us to use a program called Skype to talk with our friends for free over the internet. To try it out, we skyped our friend L & K in Asia and talked to them for about 15 minutes. L & K, tt was so fun to be able to talk to you (and see you for that matter); sorry it took us so long! We miss u!
As our other friends Kev and Stef join them in a few months, it will be nice to know that we can continue to see and talk them and they will be able to see Owen.
Hey, but you know, you don't have to be in another country for us to talk to you. I would love for our other SEBTS friends who have moved away to get on it to so we can talk. Hint, hint! Even if you can't get on skype, you can use the whole fashion method..the real phone. :)

I'm on skype too. In fact, waiting for a call from a friend in east asia right now. :)
I believe the record will show that I first mentioned SKYPE on my blog on May 9, 2006, then again on May 5, 2007, again on Feb.10, 2008, April 11 and Aug. 1, 2008. I feel that it has become a necessary tool if you have family overseas, and we just happen to have two nieces across the big pond, one in Mali, West Africa, and the other in South Korea. We don't talk every day, but it is such a joy when we do.
What's your skype address?
That is really exciting to be going house hunting - wow, it's like you're becoming all grown up hehe!!
