School's Out for Summer

Yay! The school year is finally over!! The kids left yesterday and I have just one more to clean up and then I'm out. If we stay in Wake Forest and I work, I am moving down to second grade next year. I'm excited about the change but not excited about having to change classrooms yet again this year. This year I have the added bonus of being pregnant, which is not easy when you need to move heavy things. My handy dandy helper, Jeremy, is out of town for the Southern Baptist Convention, so I haven't had my normal help. Luckily I was blessed by my sweet neighbor Alyson who came to school today to help me. Surprisingly most of it is done and there is just some organizing to do.

I am so excited that Jeremy is finally coming home tomorrow after being in Indiana for a week. This is the longest time I've been without him; I did go to Africa for 2 weeks 2 summers ago but I was busy...this time, I have lots of down time. J have missed him tons! I think it hasn't helped that I went to a wedding in the same church we were married in and I watched lots of sappy movies and shows. I'm really glad that the wait is almost over.

No news on the job front...Jeremy called them last week but they have not called him back. We're taking it as a closed door and are continuing to look elsewhere. I really just want to know what the Lord has in store for us. We're learning a lot about patience to say the least.

Congrats on one more year down! I hope something turns up for Jeremy's job. I know it must be a stressful time. Good luck with the last half of your pregnancy. I know you must be getting very excited. Take care!
